AllyBB is an automated booking agent designed to help users schedule and manage class bookings on the ALLY fitness platform. The Service provides features including:

• Viewing available classes and schedules
• Booking classes on your behalf
• Managing booking preferences and filters
• Syncing bookings with Google Calendar (optional)
• Automated advance booking capabilities

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of AllyBB, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and valid ALLY account credentials
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login information
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any booking restrictions or policies set by ALLY
• Comply with ALLY's terms of service and booking policies

4. Account Credentials

To use AllyBB, you must provide your ALLY account credentials. By doing so, you authorize AllyBB to access your ALLY account on your behalf to view schedules and make bookings. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

AllyBB integrates with third-party services including ALLY and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be available at all times without interruption
• Booking attempts will always be successful
• Class availability information will always be accurate or up-to-date
• The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers

7. Limitation of Liability

AllyBB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed bookings, class cancellations, or any issues with the ALLY platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
